As a Senior Project Manager at Empower, you will lead the planning and execution of complex projects that drive strategic impact across the organization. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, anticipate and manage risks, and ensure deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to foster collaboration and maintain alignment with business objectives.

What you will do

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved on schedule

Serve as a single point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle

Identify, measure, and prioritize project risks, developing plans to mitigate high-priority issues

Monitor project performance, track budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards

Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and evaluations to assess progress and outcomes

Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance project management efficiency and consistency

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile certification preferred

10+ years of project management experience in complex environments

Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Visio; SQL experience a plus

Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to collaborate globally

Experience managing systems implementations, testing, and change management processes

Base Salary Range $103,600.00 - $146,350.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
