Lead the Future of Resilience at CHEP Americas

Join CHEP Americas in a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive the strategic direction of our Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework, aligned to ISO 22301:2019. You'll build on existing foundations to enhance operational resilience, develop and test continuity plans, and ensure our people, assets, and customers are protected during disruptive events. Collaborating across all levels—from process owners to executives—you’ll inspire innovation, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of business continuity across the region.

Regional Business Continuity & Crisis Management Leader – CHEP Americas

Location : Atlanta, GA or Orlando, FL - Please note our offices will be

moving

from Alpharetta, GA to Atlanta Metro area in Fall of 2026 - Promenade Central, 1200 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309.

This is not a remote position, there is a regular weekly in‑office requirement, and candidates must be within reasonable driving distance of the office - Relocation assistance is not available

Travel:

20%, may include international locations

Lead, champion, and implement the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Framework across the Americas.

Develop and execute continuity strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure resilience during disruptions.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify critical processes and dependencies.

Conduct business impact analyses to assess vulnerabilities and potential impacts.

Maintain and test continuity plans to ensure operational readiness.

Coordinate and lead exercises and drills to evaluate preparedness.

Provide leadership and guidance during crises to support timely recovery.

Deliver regional training programs to embed continuity into daily operations.

Participate in regional and global steering committees and working groups.

Report regularly to executive leadership on strategy, execution, and outcomes.

Share and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.

Lead efforts toward ISO 22301:2019 certification if pursued.

Prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality.

Navigate a complex matrix organization and influence without direct authority.

Support stakeholders across time zones with flexible scheduling.

Drive change and standardization across diverse business functions.

Inspire transformation in teams outside your direct reporting line.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Operational Resilience, or related field (MBA preferred).

Professional certifications (CBCP, MBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301) highly desirable.

Experience with continuity/risk software (e.g., Riskonnect) preferred.

International business and third‑party/supply chain risk experience preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

15+ years in senior roles in risk, continuity, or resilience (preferably in global supply chain/logistics).

Proven ability to lead, influence, and present at executive levels.

Experience in multinational, matrixed environments.

Strong knowledge of continuity frameworks (ISO 22301), IT concepts, and financial principles.

Hands‑on leadership in crisis management, simulations, and compliance.

Skilled in Change Management and strategic problem‑solving.
