Base Salary Range $100,000 – $150,000 USD

Responsibilities

Embed and collaborate with business teams and client managers to support their people and deliver results.

Execute client‑specific projects derived from client needs, maintain Beyond’s competitive advantage, and work on company‑wide projects.

Think strategically and make an impact to maximize the capabilities and results of teams and the company.

Coordinate the ongoing rhythm of performance management throughout onboarding, training, goal setting, individual development, feedback delivery and receipt, and off‑boarding.

Partner with management on employee development and employee relations, query and generate reports, conduct analysis on the employee experience, and provide actionable recommendations—real business partnering.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Minimum 3 years of professional human resources experience; results in a Generalist or Business Partner role in a high‑demand, high‑output environment with a demonstrated track record of success.

Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.

Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasion and negotiation.

Effectively managed sensitive and confidential communications and materials.

Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate with business clients.

Demonstrated commitment to an organization and a “can do” attitude.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
