We’re a team of smart, business‑minded, hands‑on HR pros. You’ll work closely with other members of HR and truly be embedded and integrated into the business teams. Collaborating with client managers, you will support their people to deliver results. HR Business Partners execute client‑specific projects, maintain Beyond’s competitive advantage, and work on Beyond‑wide initiatives. We think strategically, make an impact, and maximize the capabilities and results of our teams and company. What You’ll Do
Support 25‑50 managers on a broad range of HR needs. Coordinate performance management, including onboarding, training, goal setting, individual development, feedback, and off‑boarding. Partner with management on employee development and employee relations. Query and generate reports, conduct analysis on the employee experience, and provide recommendations. Drive projects forward to completion and execute with a “can‑do” attitude. What You’ll Need
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years professional human resources experience as a Generalist or Business Partner in a high‑demand, high‑output role with a demonstrated track record of success. Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including persuasion, negotiations, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential communications. Demonstrated commitment to an organization and a “can‑do” attitude. What Will Set You Apart
PHR/SPHR and/or an advanced degree. Base Salary Range
$100,000 – $150,000 USD Benefits
