The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest quality RF electronic products are produced and that all internal and external requirements are met prior to shipping products to our customers. The QA Manager must have experience dealing with ISO, AS, IPC and MIL‑STD requirements and lead a team in executing the quality standards and processes for the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate the QA staff and provide quality training as needed. Ensure manufacturing compliance to quality standards and Mission policies/procedures. Maintain customer relationships and report on quality status. Evaluate suppliers and conduct audits. Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation. Provide in‑process inspections and establish processes to verify conformance to design requirements. Oversight of corrective actions and prevent non‑conformances. Drive continuous improvement and assist Engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action. Communicate and help resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Observe technical operations and offer guidance/recommendations as they relate to quality. Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of QA experience. Knowledge of IPC 610, MIL‑STD‑883, MIL‑STD‑750, MIL‑STD‑1580, ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9102. Familiarity with ESD procedures and analysis of NCMRs, CARs, SCARs, PARs, etc. Knowledge of materials and processes (metals, ceramics, electronics, plastics, semiconductors, bonding materials). Ability to read and understand engineering, process, assembly and traveler documentation. Comfortable working with engineers and managers and experienced with training and certification. Experience with airborne, avionics, RF, analog and digital products. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of motivating and leading a team. Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical or college diploma a plus. Quality certifications a plus. Prior supervisory experience. Proficient user of Microsoft Office software and Windows. Language & Communication

Ability to read and interpret documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information and respond to questions at all levels. Mathematical Skills

Proficiency in basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics and probability. Reasoning Ability

Logical problem‑solving using the scientific method and common sense. Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Typical duties include hands to fingers, reach, talk, stand, walk, climb, balance and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The environment includes moderate noise, occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals. The position requires on‑site presence 100% of the time.
