Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical reviews of project design packages at all stages (conceptual, detailed, issued for construction).
Evaluate contracts and technical specifications to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Ensure all engineering documents meet applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Oversee and track design deliverables to maintain alignment with project milestones.
Provide engineering support across the project lifecycle—from early-stage development through commissioning.
Collaborate with EPC partners, consultants, and suppliers to address and resolve technical issues.
Manage and respond to technical RFIs (Requests for Information) and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
Work closely with project management, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify potential risks and recommend engineering solutions to optimize performance and mitigate issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar and/or energy storage project engineering.
Proven track record of technical leadership in at least five large-scale renewable energy projects.
Solid understanding of design and construction processes for utility-scale projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and other core software tools.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
