A growing and dynamic public accounting firm with offices in Chandler and Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a full-time Audit Senior to join its team. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, flexible hours, and the option to work from either office location.

Job Details

Build and maintain strong client relationships by gathering information, resolving issues, and offering process improvement recommendations

Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion

Apply and interpret GAAP and ensure accurate financial statement presentation

Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members on audit procedures and professional standards

Research and analyze financial data and audit-related issues

Develop a solid understanding of each client’s business operations and industry

Provide other accounting services as assigned

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of recent audit experience in public accounting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-eligible preferred)

Willingness to travel primarily within the Phoenix metro area

Strong commitment to client service and professional integrity

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
