Sr. Financial Analyst – support procurement operations by optimizing sourcing strategies and financial performance. Location

Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (Rheem Enterprise Office) Responsibilities

Serve as a financial business partner to the Procurement organization. Analyze sourcing and procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities, risks, and trends. Track net sourcing productivity and forecast impact from commodity price index fluctuations. Collaborate closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to support supplier negotiations and contract management. Perform weekly reviews of purchase and invoice price variances, surcharge accruals, and supplier performance metrics. Develop financial models and forecasts related to sourcing activities aligned with budget and financial goals. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on sourcing performance and financial impact. Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, providing financial analysis to inform objective decision‑making. Participate and support the annual cost roll process. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing processes and supplier collaboration. Perform other ad‑hoc projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Experience with preparation of business cases and investment ROI analysis. Strong business acumen, accounting and finance fundamentals. Experience building and maintaining complex financial models and evaluating alternative financial scenarios. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and executive presentation skills. Excellent relationship building skills with cross‑functional collaboration. Proven ability to lead, influence, and innovate with all levels of the organization. High level of integrity, trust, accuracy, and attention to detail. Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and analytical platforms. Advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a multi‑plant, high‑mix manufacturing environment (HVAC or water heating industry is a plus). Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. About Us
