Sustainable MBA driving talent acquisition at BioMed Realty, a Blackstone portfolio company BioMed Realty is looking for a customer-focused team player to provide support to our Property Management team. The successful candidate will coordinate financial and accounting information associated with property management, maintenance and construction activities while providing support to the team.

This position offers a hybrid work model, which includes 4 days in office and 1 day remotely. Hybrid work may be modified based on the needs of the company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee accounts payable and receivable for properties.

Generate purchase orders, coding invoices.

Assist with budget preparation.

Set up and maintain files, materials, information, and schedules.

Manage database of key clients and contacts.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, packets, and other information related to property management and operations.

Consolidate performance reports.

Maintaining calendars, coordinate meetings, facilities and accommodations.

Prepare memos, emails and reports.

Maintain certificates of insurance.

Manage keycard issuance.

Provide phone support, travel support, administrative support and other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Specifications

Minimum (2) two year experience assisting with real estate/property management with additional clerical support responsibilities.

AS/AA degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and additional experience and minimum two years-experience assisting with real estate/property management/property accounting.

Organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines and adapt readily to changing priorities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent people skills with ability to develop effective working relationships with staff, vendors, contractors, and tenants.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to write detailed notes and draft communications to tenants, vendors, and others.

Self-starter.

Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and MRI experience a plus.

Compensation $26.93 - $33.66 per year + bonus + benefits. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job-related factors.
