HR Generalist (Contract)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a dynamic team in Renton, WA. This is a 6-month contract opportunity ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR operations and a passion for employee support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and employment laws.
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.
Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and performance concerns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Contribute to HR projects including process improvements and policy updates.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Pay Details $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
