About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Pool Designer / Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise to guide clients from concept to contract. This is a high‑income, client‑facing role for someone who thrives on relationships, design, and performance.
What You’ll Do
Meet with qualified leads (provided + self‑generated) to understand their project goals.
Design and present custom 3D backyard concepts using Structure Studios / Pool Studio.
Prepare detailed proposals and manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract.
Collaborate with in‑house project managers, permitting, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand‑off.
Build and nurture relationships with realtors, developers, architects, and high‑end clients.
Represent the Pool Pros Builder brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in pool design, construction, or luxury outdoor living sales.
Proficiency with Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D or similar design software.
Strong sales presentation and closing skills.
Knowledge of pool construction standards and local permitting process a plus.
Self‑motivated, organized, and client‑focused.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Base salary + tiered commissions + performance bonuses. Six‑figure earning potential based on results.
