About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Pool Designer / Sales Consultant who can blend creativity with sales expertise to guide clients from concept to contract.

You’ll meet homeowners, developers, and architects; capture their vision; design stunning pools using Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D; and present professional proposals that close.

This is a high-income, client-facing role for someone who thrives on relationships, design, and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified leads (provided + self-generated) to understand their project goals.

• Design and present custom 3D backyard concepts using Structure Studios / Pool Studio.

• Prepare detailed proposals and manage the sales process from first contact to signed contract.

• Collaborate with in-house project managers, permitting, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off.

• Build and nurture relationships with realtors, developers, architects, and high-end clients.

• Represent the Pool Pros Builder brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in pool design, construction, or luxury outdoor living sales.

• Proficiency with Pool Studio / Structure Studios 3D or similar design software.

• Strong sales presentation and closing skills.

• Knowledge of pool construction standards and local permitting process a plus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and client-focused.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
