Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Channel Manager to lead strategic initiatives within our Bank Partnerships program. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall health, performance, and growth of key bank partners. The role focuses on driving new revenue generation, strengthening partner relationships, and executing cross-functional initiatives that accelerate joint success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to lead through influence across internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned bank partner(s), fostering strong executive and operational relationships.

Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue through the bank channel.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with bank leadership to define joint business plans, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with internal sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to execute partner initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver regular partner reviews, and ensure alignment with revenue and partnership goals.

Enablement & Support: Equip bank teams with the tools, resources, and training necessary to promote and sell AvidXchange solutions effectively.

Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the partner within AvidXchange, providing input to product and strategy teams based on market insights.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus

7+ years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services

Proven track record of building and growing revenue through strategic partners

Strong executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a matrixed environment

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving organization
