Overview
ServiceNow Business Analyst Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can flex between time zones for offshore collaboration, and has a talent for turning business requirements into clear, actionable user stories. The right candidate will bring strong ServiceNow expertise, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering value through process improvement. This role is a hybrid model in Chandler, Arizona. Must be in located in and be able to service any and all PST/MST states. Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow solutions. Translate requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications. Partner with development and offshore teams, participating in daily stand-up calls and sprint activities. Support configuration of ServiceNow modules by providing clear requirements and testing scenarios. Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing to validate solutions before deployment. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage ServiceNow functionality to drive efficiency. Assist with change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new or enhanced features. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years specifically focused on ServiceNow. Proven ability to write technical and user stories with clarity and precision. Availability for late evening or early morning stand-up calls to collaborate with offshore resources. Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or CMDB within the ServiceNow platform. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact across business and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in process mapping and documentation. Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable. ServiceNow certifications or Business Analyst certifications are a plus. Experience in healthcare or SLED environments is a nice-to-have. Benefits
