This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage a high-impact portfolio within a globally recognized FMCG organization, driving growth through strategic planning, strong customer partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.* University degree in Business Management or related field* Good experience in FMCG sales or account management; experience in the Petrol & Convenience channel is highly regarded* Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven ability to deliver results* Demonstrated capability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across various functions* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies* Proactiveness and growth-orientation, with strong planning and negotiation skills* Strong interpersonal skills, with a strong team-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP BW/BO and SAP TM is a plus* Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers and field teams as needed##### 1.
