Our robot end-effector products are found in thousands of successful applications around the world.As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be the key link between our cutting-edge industrial robotics solutions and our customers’ automation needs. You will combine deep technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen to identify opportunities, present solutions, and drive sales growth across strategic markets.## ## Key Responsibilities### Customer Engagement & Solution Selling* Understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored robotics solutions.* Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.### ### Technical Expertise & Support* Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including system configuration and integration advice.* Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.### ### Distribution Network Management (Europe)* Oversee and support the performance of our European distribution partners.* Develop and implement partner enablement programs, including training and technical support.* Monitor distributor sales pipelines and assist in closing strategic deals.* Ensure alignment between distributor activities and overall business development goals.* Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments with key partners.* Identify gaps in coverage and recommend new distribution partnerships where needed.### ### Sales Strategy & Execution* Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development strategies.* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.### ### Cross-functional Collaboration* Work closely with Strategic Business Development, R&D, Product Management and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.* Support trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.### ### Career Outlook & Growth OpportunitiesWe understand that long-term perspective is essential for our team members.
