How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to improve factory performance
Coach teams on ITM tools like 5S, Visual Management, TPM, and Standard Work
Partner with cross-functional teams to eliminate waste and optimize processes
Advance ITM system maturity through assessments and deployment phases
Drive cost-out initiatives and mentor others in project execution
Build a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
Communicate across all levels to influence and implement change
Translate strategy into actionable plans that deliver results
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or process improvement
Lean or Six Sigma training or certification preferred
Proven track record of delivering measurable results
Experience leading change and influencing without direct authority
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
