hungry to shape the future. This is a country leadership / Distributor management role located in Italy for all channels: retail, convenience, and e-commerce for the Italian market. All brands are represented and developing with growth potential, supported by local distributors ensuring the planning, selling and activation at the customer level, in alignment with General Mills International Segment global strategy. Continuous optimisation of the Route to market model is expected. What your role is:

Deliver annual Sales Targets and Gross margin development for the Italian market in alignment with General Mills International Segment global strategy. Deliver key financial annual RNS and targets for Italy Align distributors on commercial targets & measurements through a robust Joint Business Plan for each year Analyse market performance & recommend action plans to key decision makers to accelerate sustainable share and volume growth in Italy Facilitate the negotiation of trade terms and activation plans with distributors, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Enable Go-to-Market Execution

Demonstrate strong category expertise and collaborate with regional trade to create compelling category stories relevant to the Italian market. Recommend an effective launch model for NPDs within the indirect sales model Maintain a Strong understanding of the Italian trade landscape to support business plans that drive incremental value for the company, distributors & customers Build on-going sales & distributor capabilities

Engage distributors to execute plans perfectly Establish strong collaboration to support distributor needs Ensure recommendations on Perfect Store approach in the Italian market. Own the fulfilment of contractual obligations by the distributor What you'll bring to the team:

8+ years of sales experience with a leading FMCG company. Solid Experience working in a multifunctional team/matrix environment Strong experience in P&L management and a distributor working environment Natural collaborator, hands‑on & pro‑active mindset, confident communicator with strong leadership, influencing and people skills
