We partner with world-renowned perfumers and use the highest quality oils to create one-of-a-kind fragrances that are as unique as each one of us! What You'll Do

As an Olfactory NYC “Scent-tologist,” you will be responsible for engaging with customers, blending fragrances (Don’t worry! We’ll train you!), sales floor operations and being a brand ambassador at off-site events. Your duties will include (but are not limited to): Welcoming guests into the space and encouraging them to explore and partake in the experience Sharing the brand story and product knowledge Guiding customers through the scent customization and blending process of the OlfactoryNYC fragrances Supporting day-to-day sales floor operations including processing POS transactions accurately, packaging and wrapping guest orders, helping direct traffic flow, blending custom fragrances and more Fulfilling e-commerce orders Embodying the brand’s voice and vision with all experiences to sustain strong client relationships Ensuring supplies remained stocked and refilled (ability to lift up to 40lbs) What We’re Looking For

Starting pay: $17 per hour Customer tips: After an initial 10-20 day training/ apprenticeship period, each Scent-ologist will be eligible to earn customer tips (*Typically this increases an employee's base pay to $22-30/hour
