SAIC is seeking a Business Process Writer to support USINDOPACOM by documenting and improving system administration and network operations processes. The role will create SOPs, conduct focus groups, and coordinate with IT teams on training events and exercises. Responsibilities
Document J73 processes and procedures for supporting USINDOPACOM training events and exercises. Document IT event support, IT service desk, logistics, and network operations processes. Research and develop improved business processes and procedures. Conduct and participate in MS Teams meetings and facilitate focus meetings. Coordinate staff via email, MS Teams, and written products. Validate existing processes for clarity and accuracy. Support development of business process analytics and performance measures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two (2)+ years of related experience (or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree). Experience documenting processes and procedures (SOPs). Experience holding focus groups to identify business processes. Knowledge of IT system administration and network operations. Proficiency with MS Word for SOP development, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio for presentations and process diagrams. Required Clearance
Current active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Current US citizenship. Benefits
