Manufacturing Operations Analyst Level 3, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) – 737 Delivery Operations Boeing Production System (BPS) team in Seattle or Renton, Washington. Role primarily based in Seattle, frequent Renton site.
Position Responsibilities
Compliance Assessment: Assess manufacturing processes against standards, analyze data gaps, provide feedback, and implement strategies for regulatory and internal compliance.
Process Improvement: Lead Lean-based work sessions, identify optimization opportunities, develop metrics and plans aligned with business objectives, and monitor improvement effectiveness.
Safety and Compliance Strategy: Promote safety culture, develop training programs, establish metrics, and lead initiatives that engage employees in safety and compliance.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years working with cross‑functional teams.
3+ years in project management and self‑managed projects.
3+ years presenting at executive level.
3+ years using Microsoft Office tools.
Able to work any required shift (primarily 1st shift).
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years driving compliance culture and risk mitigation.
3+ years using Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices.
3+ years in operations analysis or operations research.
Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM).
Shift Primarily first shift; additional shifts may be required.
Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation. Total Rewards include health insurance, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid and unpaid time off. Pay based on experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range: $90,000 – $110,000.
