Manufacturing Operations Analyst - Production Systems at Boeing. This role is part of the 737 Delivery Operations Boeing Production System (BPS) team in Seattle or Renton, Washington, with primary work in Seattle and routine visits to the Renton site. The role focuses on developing and implementing strategic plans that drive cultural improvement, ensure compliance, and enhance employee engagement across Delivery Centers in Seattle, Moses Lake, Renton Preflight, and Decorative Paint. Responsibilities

Compliance Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of manufacturing processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria; analyze compliance data to identify gaps and risks; provide actionable feedback to stakeholders; develop and implement strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. Process Improvement: Lead complex group work sessions utilizing advanced Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System (BPS); identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and plans aligned with business objectives; monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvements. Safety and Compliance Strategy: Drive a culture of safety and compliance; develop and implement training programs to enhance awareness and engagement; establish safety and compliance metrics; conduct regular reviews and updates of safety protocols and strategies; facilitate initiatives that promote employee involvement in safety, compliance, and process improvement. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams. 3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects. 3+ years of experience in developing and refining executive-level presentations. 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation (primarily 1st shift). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

3+ years of experience in driving compliance culture and risk mitigation. 3+ years of experience using Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools. 3+ years of experience working in operations analysis or operations research. Experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM). Other Requirements

Pay & Benefits

Pay range: Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000. Boeing offers a Total Rewards package including base pay, variable compensation, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
