Test Automation
Engineer
to develop and maintain a robust automated testing suite that supports our mobile, web, and firmware platforms. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in the cycling industry by delivering high-quality, efficient software that integrates with cutting-edge bicycle data systems.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement test automation suites, infrastructure, and processes in an Agile environment. Deliver a foundational automation framework within the first few sprints to demonstrate ROI and build organizational confidence. Automate feature testing across BLE-enabled firmware, mobile apps (iOS & Android), and web applications. Lead the QA team's transition from manual to automated testing. Mentor manual testers and support their growth into automation roles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in QA automation or mobile development. Experience with:
Android & iOS UI automation (Appium, Espresso, XCTest, XCUITest) Web automation (Selenium or similar) BLE-enabled firmware testing System-level integration testing
Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, GitHub, containers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS). Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills. Experience working with international, cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 2 trips/year). Flexibility for meetings across global time zones. Must be located in or willing to relocate to
