Open position : Test Automation engineer Location : Dublin,OH NEED ONLY W2 PROFILES Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in testing across Web, Mobile, and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms Proven track record in validating web-based applications for functionality, performance, and usability Strong background in testing native mobile apps (iOS and Android), with exposure to automation frameworks Experience with POS systems and peripheral devices (e.g., kitchen displays, receipt printers) Familiarity with menu/catalog validation in transactional environments Skilled in authoring test cases, logging defects, and maintaining comprehensive test documentation Proficient in executing Smoke, Functional, and Regression test cycles Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development workflows Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and Git for test tracking and CI/CD integration Strong communication skills with the ability to report findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Automation & Tools Capable of independently implementing mobile test automation across platforms using Appium Preferred experience with Selenium and Java for web and mobile automation Familiarity with cloud-based mobile testing labs (e.g., BrowserStack, SauceLabs) Collaboration & Leadership Partner closely with development and QA automation teams to uphold quality standards Contribute to sprint planning and end-to-end testing strategy Perform root cause analysis and deliver consistent status updates to team leads and stakeholders Act as a senior QA contributor within Agile squads, promoting best practices and testing consistency Ensure product releases meet defined acceptance criteria and business expectations Mentor junior QA team members and support their growth in manual and automated testing Participate in test planning, script development, and execution across manual and automated efforts Analyze test results to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement |—|—| | | |
