Job Responsibilities

Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors in person or by phone Direct people to appropriate staff or ministries Maintain a welcoming and respectful environment

Administrative Tasks: Answer phone calls and emails Schedule appointments for the pastor or other staff Maintain parish calendars, including Mass times and events Process mail and deliveries

Church Records and Communications: Maintain records for baptisms, marriages, funerals, and new parishioners Prepare bulletins, newsletters, or announcements

Job Requirements

trong communication and interpersonal skills Respect for Catholic beliefs, practices, and confidentiality Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Organizational and multitasking abilities Bilingual (often preferred, especially in parishes with diverse communities) Previous administrative or customer service experience is helpful
