JOB PURPOSE

This position will primarily focus on multi-departmental inventory functions within the Dunbar facility to involve business units outside of PSA MFG. This position will assist the Inventory Control Supervisor in the coordination and management of all auxiliary (not PSA MFG) physical inventories located at the Dunbar facility such as but not limited to inventories under PSA Custom, H&R, Leadstar Arms, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Review, disposition, and process Nonconforming Material from Production Liaison between Inventory, and Quality Control Department, Manufacturing, Receiving, and other departments under PSA manufacturing. Perform appropriate inventory transactions for QC Hold Inventory and Return Material Authorizations (RMA's) Work with Quality Control Team Lead, Quality Specialist, Sr. Quality Engineer, or Quality Control Manager to initiate RMA's back to Suppliers. Review and process inventory adjustments as needed based on guidelines given. Monitor inventory cycle counts and ensure proper variance research is done prior to posting. Must comply with all safety rules and regulations. Manage time constraints to meet production needs, and overtime as necessary. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalency Knowledge of NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and handheld scanners a plus Working knowledge of pallet jack and/or forklift certified a plus. Able to work in all areas of the warehouse operation based on the needs of the organization. Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and timely. Ability to pay close attention to detail. Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and duties at the same time. Understands, follows, and enforces the Supply Chain Philosophy. Has a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these. Dependable, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management Skills, Safety Awareness, always maintain professionalism. Able to maintain confidentiality as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work is performed in an operational warehouse environment. Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours. Overtime may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position will involve constantly standing, walking, carrying, twisting, bending, seeing, stooping, balancing, hearing. Additionally, the position requires lifting objects weighing from less than 20 pounds to 60 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age.
