Role and Responsibilities Administer and manage AWS Cloud Infrastructure services, including EC2, VPC, S3, CloudFront, IAM, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, and SNS. Configure and maintain Windows and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, SUSE, Oracle Enterprise Linux) servers across physical and virtual environments. Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, ForgeRock IAM, and AWS IAM, ensuring compliance and security across enterprise systems. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible, PowerShell, and Bash scripts. Monitor system health and performance using tools such as New Relic, Nagios, and AWS CloudWatch, ensuring high availability and quick issue resolution. Perform patch management, upgrades, backups, and system recovery across AWS and on-prem environments. Collaborate with security, development, and operations teams to embed IAM security controls into CI/CD pipelines. Manage virtualization platforms including VMware ESX, vCenter, and vSphere, handling VM provisioning and maintenance. Support enterprise applications hosted on Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and maintain database access controls for MS SQL Server. Configure and monitor Elastic Load Balancers, Auto Scaling Groups, and Multi-VPC deployments for high availability and scalability. Develop and maintain documentation, technical specifications, and architecture diagrams. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, application, and IAM-related issues in a timely manner. Work with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations for secure enterprise connectivity. Minimum Qualification 9+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years of AWS and Windows/Linux System Administration. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, IAM, CloudFormation, RDS, S3, VPC, etc.). Strong background in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory management. Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related distributions. Proficiency with automation/configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, and YAML. Working knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies and management. Experience implementing identity governance and access management solutions (SailPoint, ForgeRock). Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NFS, SNMP). Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, or TeamCity. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Nagios, ELK, Grafana, CloudWatch). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence. Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and ticketing tools for support and issue tracking.
