Experienced recruiter with 3–5 years of hands-on talent acquisition work
Experience working in a staffing agency
Comfortable juggling 20–30 requisitions across diverse departments
Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Energized by collaboration
Naturally resourceful and able to pivot between temp and perm searches with ease
What You’ll Do Partner with hiring managers to fill roles in IT, finance, billing, reception, and more
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for non-attorney positions
Manage full-cycle recruiting for both temporary and permanent openings
Keep pace with high-volume recruiting demands while maintaining quality
Contribute to team culture and support evolving business needs
Work onsite four days a week with Fridays remote
