Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on HR Generalist to support our team on a temporary basis. This role will focus on core HR functions including benefits administration, leave of absence management, and ACA compliance. Experience with Paycom is required. Job Title: HR Generalist (Temporary) Duration: 2-3 Months Location: Tustin, CA Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annually (DOE) Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries Manage leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with applicable laws Maintain ACA reporting and compliance Utilize Paycom for HRIS functions, reporting, and employee data management Support general HR operations and assist with employee relations as needed Qualifications 3+ years of HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of benefits, LOA, and ACA regulations Paycom experience is a must Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
