Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with management to address employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
