Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team. This role will primarily handle key administrative processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience from requisition creation through onboarding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and a high level of integrity while working independently.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and run reports as required.
Working knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior follow-through and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated integrity, high energy, and professionalism.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite position requiring presence in the Boca Raton office at least 4 days per week.

- Create and manage job requisitions in the company's Applicant Tracking System (Oracle Recruiting Cloud - Horizon), ensuring postings are timely and effective.
- Generate and extend offer letters through the Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage the background verification and pre-employment screening process.
- Provide troubleshooting and assistance to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates from offer acceptance to start date to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to deliver superior customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate status and hiring activity using Excel.
- Coordinate first-day logistics with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and the onboarding team.
- Send first-day instructions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
