Position: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Location: Acton, MA

We’re seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on technical experience, and a passion for precision manufacturing in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
• Perform setups, inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters using Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Support new product launches, process improvements, and equipment validations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve production issues and improve performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automated equipment or robotics preferred.
• Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
