Associate Manufacturing Technician
to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on technical experience, and a passion for precision manufacturing in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment. Perform setups, inspections, and preventative maintenance to ensure quality and efficiency. Monitor and adjust process parameters using Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs). Support new product launches, process improvements, and equipment validations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Collaborate across teams to resolve production issues and improve performance. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of manufacturing experience. Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills. Experience with automated equipment or robotics preferred. Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
