Role Description

Battaglia Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utilities and high-voltage substation projects. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the execution of complex electrical construction projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

This role requires deep knowledge of substation construction, utility standards, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management
  • 5+ years of project management experience in electrical contracting, preferably in utility and substation environments.
  • Skills in Expeditor and Expediting
  • Experience working directly with major utilities, public power entities or EPC contractors
  • Proficiency in Inspection processes
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management
  • PE license or ability to work with engineering consultants
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New Castle, DE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field is preferred
