Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will be responsible for assembling tabletop machines. You will follow detailed work instructions to construct the foundation and pumps, working across four different stations that each handle different steps in the assembly process. Additionally, you will assist the spare parts team with tasks such as picking parts, bagging, kitting, and shipping spare parts.
Responsibilities
Assemble tabletop machines by following detailed work instructions.
Work across four different stations, each handling different steps of the assembly process.
Assist the spare parts team with picking parts, bagging, kitting, and shipping spare parts.
Support the picking department when short-staffed by using an iPad and order form to pull orders for the kitting department.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
At least 6 months of assembly experience.
Mechanical aptitude.
Strong desire to learn.
Ability to be a team player and work in different roles as required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with kitting, general labor, picking, polishing, and assembly.

Work Environment
The work environment involves handling some greasy parts but is generally clean, with independent work being the norm. The facility has concrete floors with anti-fatigue mats to ensure comfort during repetitive tasks. The work schedule is from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
