Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the basic assembly of industrial paint sprayers. This role involves mechanical assembly using both power and hand tools, and requires the use of computers to read work instructions. The assembler will also assist with labeling and packaging as needed, working collaboratively on a line with 3 to 4 other team members.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly using power and hand tools.

Read and follow work instructions from computers.

Assist with labeling and packaging tasks.

Work collaboratively in a team of 3 to 4 assemblers to build pumps.

Use torque tools, hand tools, fixtures, bench top presses, and test equipment to assemble and test parts.

Follow standard work instructions.

Essential Skills

Experience in assembly, hand tools, and mechanical assembly.

Ability to use power tools and hand tools such as drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

General labor and production experience.

Familiarity with tools like tape measures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3+ months of manufacturing experience utilizing hand and power tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
