Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technical College Instructor located in Davenport, FL. The HVAC Instructor will be responsible for teaching HVAC courses, developing and implementing curriculum, and training and mentoring students. The Instructor will also be responsible for providing hands‑on training for HVAC systems and ensuring that students are prepared for industry certifications and careers in the HVAC field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HVAC and plumbing systems – at least 3 years of full‑time experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
• Relevant industry certifications and teaching experience are a plus
