We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $87,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Recruits for areas of assigned responsibility. Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer and involvement with onboarding.
- Sourcing and Candidate Engagement: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (i.e., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, additional job boards, networking, referrals) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Conduct effective phone screens, recruiter interviews, and assessments.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to ensure competitive advantage.
- Offer Management: Manage compensation packages and extend offers to candidates while ensuring alignment with client requirements and budgetary constraints.
- Onboarding and Integration: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (i.e., cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters within the team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations relevant to our client(s) and agency needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting within a staffing agency, focusing on the healthcare industry (Allied Health & Nurse Recruitment) is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding recruiting targets and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Experience with social media platform sourcing, not limited to job boards, LinkedIn and direct sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
