This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a performance-driven environment and understands the dynamics of the U.S. retail investing and trading market — across stocks, options, and crypto.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies focused on user acquisition and long‑term engagement.
• Design and optimize multi‑channel campaigns across digital performance, influencer, social media, and partnership channels.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, data, and acquisition teams to align on business goals and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage budgets and analyse ROI to continuously optimise marketing performance.
• Build compelling go‑to‑market strategies and value propositions that highlight platform advantages to different audience segments.
• Lead co‑marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach and strengthen brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, user behaviour, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing activity aligns with compliance and regulatory standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on growth, acquisition, or performance marketing.
• Proven ability to scale user acquisition and execute successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, influencer strategy, CRM, and automation tools.
• Experience within the financial services or brokerage industry is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
