Skills and Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in Agile BA roles.
- Must have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Power BI.
- Strong experience in story writing, backlog grooming, and traceability.
- Familiarity with Azure data services and functional workflows.
- Excellent collaboration and documentation skills across distributed teams.
- Pharmacy business domain experience.

- Azure SQL
Candidate Responsibilities
- Support backlog refinement, UAT planning, and requirements traceability.
- Participate in sprint demos.
- Maintain backlog visibility and ensure acceptance criteria coverage.
- Review/Clarify refinements, user story dependencies, process flows, business logic and testing needs that have been defined by the technical analyst.
- Assist QA and developers in understanding business rules and data definitions.
- Document and track program decisions and approvals.
- Assist in user story estimation.
- Be the internal SME of product business requirements.
- Prepare Endava internal executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
