As an IT Support Administrator, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position ensures seamless communication between SharePoint developers and stakeholders, driving clarity, alignment, and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
- SharePoint & Business Coordination
- Act as a liaison between SharePoint developers and business teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate project updates.
- IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide first‑level support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex ones.
- Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Handle account setup, permissions, and equipment prep.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Record issues, solutions, and UAT results.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- You have at least 1 year working in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- You have at least 1 year hands‑on experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- You have at least 1 year of experience with help desk/ticketing systems and level 1 support.
- You have at least 1 year of experience with user acceptance testing processes and documentation.
- You have knowledge of software, hardware, and basic troubleshooting.
