Job Description
The Data Visualization & Design team is part of the Sales Enablement team withing the NBCU Advertising & Partnership Organization. The Sales Enablement team works with sales to provide consistent, customized messaging to all clients and agencies.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Coordinator, Data Visualization & Design, to join our team. The candidate must have strong design capabilities to prepare final presentations and assets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Director and Manager to deliver best-in-class sales materials:
Design visually compelling and effective sales collateral (PowerPoint presentations, One-Sheets, Newsletters)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, final materials for each request
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
Uphold brand consistency across all presentations and collateral, ensuring that designs align with the company’s visual identity and messaging
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must be proficient in PowerPoint
Eligibility requirements:

Willingness to travel and work overtime

Desired Characteristics:
Experience in presentation design, design portfolio preferred
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, especially PowerPoint and Photoshop
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography
Creative and conceptual thinker
Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills
Innovative with positive energy
Highly adaptive to change
Keeps calm and polite in high pressure situations
Strong intrapersonal skills (i.e., the ability to interact with all levels of management)
General understanding of advertising marketplace across various platforms preferred
Hybrid
: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Beginning January 2026, this will increase to four days per week.
Salary range:
$55,000 - $58,000
