Job Description The Data Visualization & Design team is part of the Sales Enablement team within the NBCU Advertising & Partnerships Organization. The Sales Enablement team works with Sales to provide consistent, customized messaging to all clients and agencies.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Data Visualization & Design, to join our team. You must have strong design capabilities to prepare final presentations and assets to be successful in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Materials and Positioning Design: Work with Director to design visually compelling and effective sales materials (PowerPoint, One-Sheets, Newsletters, Interactive Digital Experiences) that align with the company’s brand guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their communication objectives and translate complex ideas into visually engaging presentations

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards

Work closely with various teams across the Ad Sales organization to gather project requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs

Brand Consistency Uphold brand consistency across all presentations and collateral, ensuring that designs align with the company’s visual identity and messaging

Stay Updated Stay abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative design elements into presentations

Never settling for the same bar chart – striving for creativity in data visualization

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

4+ years of design experience

Eligibility Requirements

Desired Characteristics

Extensive experience in presentation development, work portfolio preferred

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite, especially PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

Experience with Ceros

Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography

Creative and conceptual thinker

Detail-oriented, self-Starter with strong organizational and project management skills

Highly innovative with positive energy

Strong intrapersonal skills (i.e., the ability to interact with all levels of management)

General understanding of advertising marketplace across various platforms preferred

Hybrid This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 2026, this will increase to four days per week.

Salary range $90,000 - $115,000 (bonus eligible)

Compensation $90,000 - $90,000 per year
