Analytics Director – ADP
ADP is hiring a Director for Strategic Analytics to lead the Strategic Operations Team. The director will partner closely with Strategic Operations and Business Unit leaders to define, communicate, and help drive ADP’s Client / Associate Experience strategy, and play a central role in working with cross‑functional teams to address strategic questions for the Client / Associate Experience Initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with BU Operations, Client Experience, Product / Technology, Sales, Finance, and Teams to address strategic questions and identify opportunities / use cases. Help devise and communicate ADP’s Client / Associate Experience Strategic Plan, focusing on successful rollout across ADP. Identify and evaluate potential new opportunity areas for service & product in collaboration with Strategic Operations, BU Service & Product, and GPT Teams. Develop project status updates / presentations to address strategic questions across workstreams; recommend specific approaches to identify, and track impact of strategic initiatives. Identify new strategies and initiatives as well as continuously shape existing ones to help drive Client / Associate Experience across the Enterprise. Support Includes
Develop compelling presentations (charts, tables, graphs) to translate analytic findings / business insights to an executive audience. Uncover opportunities where analytics can be used to identify key drivers of client experience and provide insightful, innovative, and actionable recommendations. Leverage problem‑solving skills to rapidly create ad‑hoc analyses to answer complex business‑related issues / questions. Present key “actionable” findings by leveraging communication, partnership / collaboration skills. Perform other related ad‑hoc assignments as needed. Requirements
Travel estimated 10%; some situations may require more travel. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience. Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to structure and conduct appropriate analyses. Prior experience in analytics, consulting, client experience, continuous‑improvement, or related fields a plus. Preferably, experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, product strategy or the following roles: corporate strategy, analytics/research at a technology company, and/or an MBA from a leading school is a plus. Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a fast‑paced environment that requires balancing competing priorities. Ability to identify opportunities where analytics can be used to impact business results. Highly collaborative manner with reasonable independence. Exceptional communication, partnership, and collaboration skills. Results‑oriented, self‑starter – quick learner and able to adapt to changing business priorities. Education & Certification

The compensation for this role is USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year*. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short‑and Long‑Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
