Client Manager

team, you’ll provide day-to-day client service for clients that are typically in the 25-100 lives market space. Client service will include claim resolution, billing and eligibility issues. In addition, you will solve intermediate level issues and keep the Benefits Consultant aware of any escalations. Our Client Managers directly develop our client relationships and become the point of contact for client daily needs. They will manage deliverables from internal and external resources, including working within a team to build creative client benefit packages and participate in carrier negotiations. While knowledge in various funding mechanisms is desired, expertise in the fully insured spaced is needed for this role. Our future colleague. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Working knowledge of insurance products/lines and various funding mechanisms and expertise in the fully insured space required Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: 4-6 years of experience in HR or benefits Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
