A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution 2-3 years' background in compliance testing or internal audit preferred Strong understanding of state and federal regulations (e.g., FRB, CFPB, BSA/AML) Intermediate knowledge of banking products and services Legal background or formal training preferred Proficiency with data analysis, compliance tools, and MS Office Suite Description:
Execute detailed compliance testing for new and existing financial products Collaborate with business units to gather documentation and support testing reviews Identify and communicate compliance gaps and risks effectively to senior management Prepare reports and findings in accordance with internal audit and regulatory standards Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to established quality benchmarks Support ad hoc compliance projects and strategic initiatives Report directly to the Compliance Testing Director and maintain clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle
