Role Overview

As Director, Enterprise Sales you will lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, drive pipeline creation and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance overall sales performance. Responsibilities

Coach and cultivate a sales team in a consultative and insight‑driven approach. Present and demonstrate products/services, effectively communicating features, benefits and value propositions to prospective customers. Understand customers through research and the business problem they are trying to solve; articulate Genesys as a solution, not just focusing on feature details. Build and maintain customer relationships; provide excellent service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Drive new logo acquisition and expansion growth. Achieve sales targets; meet or exceed assigned quotas regularly, continuously improving performance. Conduct sales negotiations; engage in price negotiations and overcome objections to secure deals, utilizing effective techniques. Collaborate with internal teams: liaise with marketing, product development and support to gather information, provide feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities; continuously expand product knowledge to address needs and stay ahead of competition. Exude high energy and be accountable for meaningful outcomes for prospects/customers and team members. Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales. 5+ years of direct management experience in enterprise software sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Self‑motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Demonstrated ability to increase new logos and expanding business. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and develop sales skills and product knowledge. Compensation

Market‑competitive base salary range: $148,200.00 – $275,200.00. Actual salaries vary by experience, qualifications, skills and location. The role may also be eligible for commission or performance‑based bonus opportunities. Benefits
