Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior SAP FICO Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end Finance and Controlling design and stabilization within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will act as the client-side functional lead, ensuring solution integrity, quality, and business alignment across key financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and own the FI/CO design and stabilization across core modules:
FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking, Treasury Management (TM)
Integration with SD/MM/PP modules
Oversee Revenue Recognition design and implementation (SD–FI flows, RAR if applicable).
Manage Inventory Valuation and Intercompany processes related to service parts and manufacturing.
Define and maintain complete process documentation including BPMN flows, FIT/GAP analysis, configuration rationale, FS/WRICEF specs, test cases, data mapping, and control matrices.
Review and challenge deliverables from implementation partners; lead design authority reviews, defect triage, and cutover/hypercare governance.
Drive tax process validation and coordinate integration points with ONESOURCE (billing, condition records, account determination).
Develop and maintain a comprehensive Order-to-Cash ↔ Record-to-Report traceability matrix ensuring auditability and SOX compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years of hands-on SAP Finance experience.
Proven track record across multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
Deep functional expertise in FI/CO modules with cross-functional understanding of SD, MM, and PP.
Strong experience in manufacturing and service parts domains.
Experience driving process governance, documentation, and audit compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent client-side leadership in design discussions.
