Overview

As a Senior Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting over 1,700 users across North America, many working in a hybrid setup. This role goes well beyond resetting passwords or basic help‑desk tasks – you’ll tackle Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, manage devices from deployment to retirement using tools such as Intune and Autopilot, and troubleshoot complex technical problems across a modern Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You’ll also work on projects involving security, system administration, and process improvements, making this a fast‑paced, collaborative role ideal for someone who loves diving deep into tech and having a real impact. Responsibilities

Tech Breakdown Windows 10/11 administration Azure AD Microsoft 365 PowerShell Familiar with CrowdStrike Daily Responsibilities Provides technical support to the Helpdesk team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organization skills and able to work independently and collaboratively Required Skills & Experience
