Client of San Francisco is seeking
three (3)
Mid-Level UI/UX Designers to support its
Digital Platforms Team . This role is hands-on and collaborative, requiring interaction with engineering, business, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable internal user experiences. Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on designs Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and scalability Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) Apply UX best practices in all phases of design Stay current with industry tools, trends, and methods Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design work Proficiency in tools such as
Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments Nice to Have
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular) Experience with prototyping tools (InVision, Proto.io, etc.) Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) Experience with Design Thinking methodologies Work Schedule
